Martin was a career bureaucrat, ready to grind out his days until he could take his pension. Then the new administration came to power and everything changed.

Put on the shoes of Martin as he makes numerous choices that will affect both his life and the lives of the public he serves. Will Martin support the goals of the new administration or resist them? And what consequences will he face for his actions? Remember, his performance is being evaluated.
